Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of bread (whole wheat, white, or whatever you prefer)

Directions:
